Kara's Krazy Kukes (Garlic Dills)

Mix package with 2 cups water & 2 cups White Vinegar. Slice and add 12 pickling or salad cukes. Can also add onions, peppers, cauliflower, the sky is the limit. Refrigerate for at least 3-5 days, the longer, the better they get. Can reuse brine.

Just like the name implies, this is the "Perfect" Pickler. Makes out of this world pickled bologna, or, dump in your favorite veggies: carrots, cauliflower or cucumbers. How about beets? Hmmm, pickled eggs anyone?  Our favorite is pickled hot dogs, our cost cutting cheater to pickled bologna. For you dieters, try fat free dogs! Mixes with 1 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup water. Bring the mix to a boil, add your favorite veggies: carrots, cauliflower, beets, green beans, asparagus, or hot dogs or bologna. Let simmer until desired crispness is achieved, cool and refrigerate for 2-3 days before serving.

Sassy Sausage

Savor the robust smoky flavor of this homemade sausage. Mild enough to tempt everyone and sassy enough to satisfy a craving for pure spicy summer sausage. Simply amazing what can be done with just hamburger. This one is definitely a winner! . Pack mixes with 3 lbs. hamburger and 1 cup of water. You mix and let set in frig overnight. Divide into three 1 lb. sections, form into a log, wrap in tin foil and bake for 1-1/2 hours. Can be frozen after baking for future use. Makes 3 lbs. sausage.
